We specialize in helping people learn tai chi the fun and easy way while reducing stress and improving strength, flexibility, and balance of body and mind!
I’m also looking forward to connecting with you and learning about your experience.
This blog is filled with resources related to mindful movement and meditation.
You can pick and choose which practices work for you to heal yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
So now a little more about my history…
I am a former U.S Marine and served 2 tours in Iraq. My dad was a marine and my brother was in the navy so I had some influence on my decision to join the service.
Ultimately, I wanted to serve my country, see the world, and get money for college. I succeeded in all three areas!
But not without some bumps in the road. I went through a lot of ups and downs in the Marines mostly due to my drinking. I never thought I would be able to quit.
Then something changed my life forever…
I went into a recovery program, started to learn mindbody practices, and finally got the help I needed.
It can still be a struggle at times but its because of these practices and people like you that I have now been sober for 11+ years!
Community in conjunction with mind-body health practices is what really helped me. That is why I want to share these practices and “secrets” with you today.
I’ll go deeper into the details of my wins and my struggles but just wanted to give you some idea about why I am writing this blog.
I hope you will stick around for a while so that you can learn all the tools you need to eliminate pain and unlock limitless energy!
