Day 17 - Flow

As we practice tai chi over time, we start to get into the flow more often. Our movements become smoother, our minds become more at ease, and our hearts open wide.

Eventually, we start to realize that we can live our whole lives in flow. Connected with nature, grounded in mindfulness, and open to growth.

It can allow us to live in the present moment. This means getting out of our heads and into the body.

When we are in our heads, we tend to focus on the past and future. This can lead to anxiety about the future and depression about the past. Peace is found in the present moment.

The body is always in the present moment.

The breath is always in the present moment.

Find the body, find the breath, find peace.
