With tai chi, we learn to move with ease and feel our best. When we are able to participate in life, we feel like we did when we were younger.
This energy that you cultivate starts to change your physiology making you look and feel younger.
Bonus tip: One of my teachers, Dr. Yang Yang, would always say, “Smile during practice and during the day to feel 10 years younger” :)
