Day 9 - Soothe and Stretch
Today’s session is a gentle, soothing flow where we stretch and open the body to create mobility and ease of movement.
This can help us stay flexible as we age so that we can do the things we love with the people we love.
We do some movements to cross the midline of the body as well in order to train the brain and create flexibility in the mind. This gives us resiliency and strength to deal with challenges in life.
