Day 10 - Restful Sleep
Sleep is so important to our overall health. It really affects how we feel on a daily basis.
When we are not getting the sleep we need, we can feel depleted and find it difficult to manage the stressors of life.
When we get enough sleep, we feel rested and full of vitality. We can find the energy we need to transform our lives and feel confident on our path.
Enjoy this relaxing session before bed to get a restful night’s sleep or any time of the day when you want to get out of the fight-or-flight response and get into a state of rest and healing.
