Day 11 - Calm and Focused

Everyone gets stressed out at some point. Sometimes we do or say things we regret when we’re caught in the fight-or-flight response or flooded with other emotions.

Its ok to feel emotions since we are all humans. However, its possible to change our relationship to emotions.

Instead of reacting with unskillfulness, we can find our center, remain calm and focused, and respond with skillfulness.

We can practice being less reactive by slowing down with tai chi. This session is a great way to practice living a more mindful life with a sense of ease and lightness.
