Day 8 - Rejuvenate and Renew

Tai Chi is based on the concept of Yin and Yang - the universe is made up of opposite but balancing forces. Therefore, it’s ok to be very active and busy but we need to balance this out with rest and relaxation so that we don’t get burnt out and suffer.

Tai Chi is a great way to learn about this principle from an experiential perspective. It can also be the very tool to help balance your life physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Transformation and healing require time, training, and practice. By being here, you are on the right track.

It’s important to be consistent but also apply self-compassion when we miss a day or we don’t show up exactly how we would like.

Today’s session is designed to help you rejuvenate and restore in order to balance out the stress of daily life.

Make sure to listen to your body and please be kind to yourself :)

Acceptance will lead to greater ease. Ruth Fishel said it well…
