Day 5 - Release Tension

Most people don't realize how much tension they are carrying around in their daily lives. In this class, we start to notice and release tension and stress from mind and body.

By simply noticing our bodies and where we feel the tension, it sometimes releases on its own. However, most of us need to add in a little movement to help guide the body and mind into more ease and peace.

In this video, we do that and more. We release tension of body and mind, cultivate flexibility and balance, and practice loving-kindness and self-compassion.

This type of practice can help us have more ease and freedom in life.

Leo Tolstoy said it well: “The two most powerful warriors are patience and time.”
