Day 4 - Balance Body and Mind

In this session, we introduce some new tai chi balance movements to help create stability and prevent falls. This will also help you feel more stable and confident in life!

This session is a great opportunity to check in with how you are doing both mentally and physically. As always, try to approach this with curiosity instead of judgment. You will get a lot more out of it if you do :)

You might want to have a chair handy or hold onto a friend :) This may be challenging for some so don’t let it get you down if you find your balance isn’t where you want it to be. This is your starting point. Take note of where you’re at now so that you can really notice the huge improvements you’ll make over the course of this program.
