Day 28 - Clarity
Our minds tend to crave complexity. We want to figure things out and solve lots of puzzles.
Although its practical and healthy to challenge the mind at times, we can feel overwhelmed, stressed, and unsettled unless we balance this out with simplicity.
Simplicity leads to clarity of mind. This can allow us to feel settled and at peace.
Tai Chi is a way of getting back to this simplicity of living by slowing down and being as present as possible.
Just move mindfully with your attention on the body and breath. Seeing clearly is one of the keys to happiness.
