Day 21 - Wisdom

Although knowledge is very important to live in harmony with society and nature, it is true wisdom that allows us to be free.

Freedom from the clinging, aversion, and confusion that we experience every day.

Freedom from our conditioning keeps us suffering.

Freedom from the habits that harm ourselves and others.

Tai Chi helps us to cultivate the wisdom we need to live the life we really want. It allows us to slow down and notice the patterns that are no longer serving us.

It helps us see opportunities that bring more joy and happiness into the world.
