Day 16 - Core Strength
Building a strong core is essential to moving in life, exercising, and with tai chi. When we have a weak core, we tend to compensate with other muscles and patterns.
This overworks muscles that are already working overtime and the ones that should be working get weaker.
In this class we activate the deep core and train balance as well. This will build a strong foundation so you can feel confident and stable in life.
