Day 15 - Inner Peace

Did you know that peace resides in us all? Unfortunately, its usually covered by all our conditioning and unskillful patterns in life.

The good news is that each time you practice tai chi, its like peeling off another layer of tension and stress.

It allows us to tap into our deeper core which contains love, compassion, wisdom, and inner peace.

As Danna Faulds said, “Who you are transcends fear and turns suffering into liberation. Who you are is love.”
