Day 14 - Stress Relief

Just like the last session, today we continue to soften and let go. When we tune into our bodies, our stressful thoughts take a back seat.

This allows us to feel calm and centered. Stress tends to melt away.

We are able to be more present and happy.

A little bit of stress is good but too much can leave us feeling depleted.

I’m so glad you’re here to practice letting go of stress and all the causes of stress.

Tai Chi becomes even more effective over time so stick with it and stay consistent. If you fall off the path, simply begin again :)
