Day 23 - Connection

Connection is essential to thriving in life. Whether its connecting with our thoughts, emotions, other people, or nature.

Actually, I think its important to connect with all of these things in life. When we slow down with tai chi, we can start to notice how we’re feeling in the moment.

We notice the sensations in the body.

We notice the thoughts that arise.

We can feel the energy of others. This allows us to empathize and connect bringing ease and comfort to those who need it most.

What does connection mean to you?
