Day 19 - Inner Mastery

Although tai chi is a journey without a real solid ending, we may start to notice that we are developing a lot of new skill with mindfulness and movement.

Maybe we are making better choices in life.

Maybe we’re being more moderate.

Maybe we’re being kinder to ourselves and others.

The possibilities are endless with tai chi.

We simply show up and pay attention to what is happening in our experience. By slowing down, we are able to see more clearly.

We can then start to make choices that create less suffering for ourselves and others.

This is the path to inner mastery.
